Connecting Earlflow to ChatGPT

This notice describes the optional Earlflow plugin for ChatGPT. It supplements the Earlflow Privacy Policy. The Earlflow Terms of Service continue to apply.

Your choice and workspace access

You choose a workspace and explicitly allow read access when connecting. Each connection is limited to that workspace and your current analytics permissions. Connecting does not give ChatGPT access to other workspaces or permission to edit orders, products, inventory, advertising budgets, or account settings.

Information shared with OpenAI

When ChatGPT calls an Earlflow tool on your behalf, Earlflow sends the requested analytics results to OpenAI so ChatGPT can answer. Results can include workspace name and currency, reporting dates, revenue, profit, costs, product names and SKUs, order numbers and item details, advertising performance, returns, payment fees, inventory reports, synchronization status, record identifiers, and links to the relevant Earlflow pages.

Customer identity and contact fields, integration credentials, raw source payloads, and raw synchronization error messages are excluded from tool results. Product names and other business text remain part of analytics results, so avoid placing personal or confidential information in those fields that you do not want included in your queries.

The plugin provides requested query results; it does not automatically transfer your entire database. OpenAI processes information it receives under the terms, privacy policy, and data controls applicable to your ChatGPT account. Review OpenAI’s Privacy Policy and your account or workspace settings before connecting.

Connection records and security

Earlflow stores authorization and token records, the connected user and workspace, creation and revocation times, and the last successful tool-use time. Operational logs identify the requested tool, workspace and connection and record timing and failures. Tool responses and OAuth tokens are not intentionally included in plugin application logs. Earlflow’s general privacy policy describes its operational data handling and retention.

Disconnecting

You can revoke an individual connection in Earlflow Settings → ChatGPT. Revocation stops subsequent queries and token refreshes for that connection. Removing your workspace membership also prevents further analytics access. A query already in progress may complete.

Disconnecting does not erase results already returned to ChatGPT. Manage existing conversations and shared information using the controls provided by OpenAI.
